This is absolutely magnificent - i have never seen such good use of cross-hatching, everything is so well balanced, and to know it is all done with ballpoint pen, is incredible. You have gotten a good likeness of keira, but even leaving that aside, this is an impressive work done in what is usually considered a limited tool. i draw with biro's a lot as well and have never got anything as expressive or precise. I can only assume you didn't use a pencil to sketch it out first as there are no smudge marks which often appear even if the ink is dry. This is about as good as it gets. Fantastic. The only minor criticism i would give is that you appeared to run out steam towards the bottom of the image and just rushed it a bit, but thats's understandable given how much time you must have spent on this and how hard you've worked on the shading on the back of Kieras' neck.

Cross hatching technique with a tool I won't
Even allow into my house (LOL).
I used to draw portraits with a ball point pen
before I realized how limiting a tool it was.
Of course, that was before I saw your work.
